১. সেবা ব্যবহারের অধিকার
ZontroPay শুধুমাত্র বৈধ ব্যবসায়িক ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রদান করা হয়। ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের লগইন তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখা এবং জমা দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ রাখার জন্য দায়ী।
২. পেমেন্ট অপারেশন
প্ল্যাটফর্মটি চেকআউট অপ্টিমাইজেশন, পেমেন্ট রিকভারি এবং সেটেলমেন্ট ভিজিবিলিটি সমর্থনের জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে। সব ট্রান্স্যাকশন ফ্লো, গেটওয়ে কনফিগারেশন এবং অপারেশনাল সেটআপ প্রযোজ্য আইন ও পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডারের নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।
৩. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতি
আপনি সেবার অপব্যবহার, প্ল্যাটফর্মের স্থিতিশীলতা বিঘ্ন করা, অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করা, বা গ্রাহক, সিস্টেম ও রিপোর্টিং ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করতে পারে এমন কোনো কার্যক্রমে অংশ নেবেন না।
